a) STLTH is a Canadian brand and are proud of that fact. Their \\products are filled, assembled and packaged in Ontario, Canada!! 

What is the rubber piece sticking out of my pod when i open the package? 

a) The rubber piece is a freshness seal that also prevents the pods from leaking. When you have taken your pod out of it’s package simply pull the rubber pierce out.
