The different numbers (50,100,250) mean the weight in grams of the crystal solution. The more cigars in your humidor you have the lager the amount of grams you need to get. 

2. Is there anything else I need to do with these? 

Yes, these units require being filled with either distilled water or Brigham humidor solution. 

3. How do I fill the Brigham Crystal Cigar Humidifier?

Simply pour in distilled water or the Brigham Humidor Solution ino the vents. 

4. How often should I refill the unit?

Typically every 1-2 weeks, an easy way to tell that the until needs a refill is by looking at the size of the crystals. Once the crystals have shrunk to half their size, it is time for a refill. 

5. How long will the unit last? 

According to Brigham one of these can last up to 10 years as long as the crystals never go completely dry before refilling. If they do go dry every time before refilling the user can expect 1.5-2 years tops.
